Privacy Policy

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used solely by Two Pro Maids LLC to communicate with you about your service. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message.

Introduction

Two Pro Maids LLC is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website — including when you request a quote, book a cleaning, or contact us — and how we use and protect it. It applies only to our website: if you follow a link to another site, that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for it, so please review it before sharing any information there.

Cookies & technical information

Like most websites, we may collect technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, operating system, and browser type. This is aggregate, statistical data used to administer the site and understand how visitors use it — it does not identify you personally. Our site may also use cookies; you can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

Information we may collect from you

We collect the information you provide directly — for example when you fill in a form, request a quote, book a service, report an issue with the website, respond to a survey, or correspond with us. This can include your name, email address, phone number, service address, and details about your home or request. By submitting your email address or phone number, you consent to receiving occasional emails and text messages from us about your service and, where you have opted in, offers and updates.

Where we store your personal data

The personal information we collect is stored securely and is not made available to third parties except as described in this policy. Payment transactions are encrypted and handled by our secure payment processor — we do not store your full card details ourselves. Where you have login credentials for a customer portal, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and provide cleaning services, carry out our obligations to you, keep you updated about your appointments, and improve how our website and services are presented. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (for example, scheduling or messaging tools), and only as needed to provide our services to you. We will only use your details for marketing where you have agreed to it, and we never use your information for unrelated purposes.

Your rights & choices

You can ask us not to use your personal data for marketing at any time. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at agautam@twopromaids.com to review, update, or delete the information we hold about you.

Changes to this policy

Any changes we make to this policy will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Please check back from time to time so you stay aware of any updates.

Your consent

By using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please refrain from using the site.
