What Changes When the Home Is Empty
The insides get cleaned: With nothing in them, cabinets, drawers, closets and pantry shelves can be wiped out properly. Those are the spots a regular clean can't reach while they're full.
Deep-clean detail throughout: Baseboards, door frames, window sills and cabinet fronts are all part of the job, on top of the standard kitchen, bathroom and floor work.
Timed around your move: Book online for the day that falls between the movers leaving and the keys changing hands, any day Monday through Saturday.
Planning a Move-Out Clean
Book after the boxes leave: An empty home gets a faster, more complete clean. Schedule us once the furniture is out so every surface can be reached.
Check your lease: Landlords and property managers often have a move-out list of their own. Compare it with our checklist before you book, so you know which items are covered.

How can we help?
What does a standard house cleaning include?
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas are dusted, wiped and cleaned, beds are made, trash is emptied, and floors are vacuumed and mopped. The full room-by-room list is on our Checklist page.
How is a deep clean different from a standard clean?
A deep clean covers everything in a standard visit, then adds the detail work: baseboards, doors and door frames, window sills and frames, cabinet and drawer fronts, the range-hood vent and shower grout. It's the usual starting point for a home that hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while.
Do you bring the cleaning supplies?
Yes. Supplies and equipment are included with every clean. If you'd like us to use a particular product, tell us before the visit; you may need to provide it.
Are your cleaners background-checked? Are you insured?
Yes to both. Two Pro Maids is an insured business, and every cleaner we send into a home has passed a background check.
Which towns do you serve?
We're based in Bryn Mawr and clean in Villanova, Haverford, Ardmore, Gladwyne, West Conshohocken and Havertown. We travel up to about 25 miles, so if your town isn't listed, send us a message and we'll tell you whether we can reach you.
How does payment work?
We keep a card on file. Roughly 24 hours before your appointment we place a temporary hold for the booking amount, and the card is only charged once the clean is finished.
